Branch Supervisor – Watford

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations at the trade counter to guarantee customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team, providing support and guidance to enhance performance.
• Manage stock levels and maintain an organised inventory to ensure product availability.
• Provide expert advice to customers on UPVC building supplies, assisting them with product selection.
• Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
• Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the building supplies or a similar industry.
• A valid UK Driving License with no endorsements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively motivate your team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.
