Planning Administrator – Pilsworth/Bury

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and appointments for engineers across various locations
• Assist in managing project timelines and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery of services
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to engineering tasks and appointments
• Facilitate communication between engineers, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports and documentation as needed to track project progress and resources
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including data entry and file management

Skills and experience required

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in scheduling software and database management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in administrative support or project coordination preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
• Basic understanding of engineering principles or familiarity with engineering terminology is a plus
